Extra qualifications would be advantageous for candidates to have either a degree in Social Work, Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) or a degree in Psychology.

To be considered for the role, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate and have the necessary qualifications and attributes:
-Preferably degree qualified with a minimum of 2 A Levels at Grade C or above, although exceptions will be considered for an experienced underwriter
-ACII qualification or progress towards
-Demonstrable drive, self motivation and determination to achieve results
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills combined with a proven track record of relationship management and customer focus
-Strong influencing, negotiation and leadership skills

In addition you must have a background in either HNW or MNW / Household development underwriting or a Commercial Property Underwriting background with a proven track record in Business Development will also be considered and full training will be offered.
