TRAINEE MARKETING ASSISTANT/ JUNIOR MARKETING ASSISTANT (Manchester)

Location: Manchester

Salary: £ 15000 to £ 20000 (full-time (per year)) + Rapid Advancement + National & International Travel Opportunities

ABOUT US:
Bradford is one of the fastest growing independently owned marketing companies in the UK. We work with a portfolio of UK and European based clients looking to increase brand awareness and market share. We currently have two offices in Manchester and one in Birmingham. This year we intend to expand our portfolio and branch out into new markets.

We specialise in providing our clients with a consumer-focused approach in order to effectively penetrate their target market. As an alternative to mass media advertising campaigns, we take the first step towards developing long term relationships with our clients' customers. Our channels of distribution include events, b2b and b2c. The growth of our client portfolio and our team is a direct reflection of the results we produced in 2009.

TRAINEE OPENINGS:
In order to achieve our growth and expansion goals, we are interested in recruiting graduates (or others with a passion for marketing) for our Business Development Programme. We provide full product training and ongoing guidance as we aid in developing quality candidates through all facets of what we do for our clients- starting out as an account representative all they way through to business management. We operate in a performance based industry and therefore all advancement opportunities, travel opportunities and earnings will be strictly based on your results.

REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must be open minded, excited about learning new skills, and not afraid of hard work! In the past 18 months, our organisation has developed over a dozen strong-minded, ambitious individuals from an an account representative role into a management position. Our clients require all representatives are over the age of 18 in order to register new customers on their behalf. We also recommend smart dress and confident communication skills since we meet with customers face to face. All degrees and customer oriented experience (retail sales, customer service, hospitality) will be considered along with teamwork and leadership roles.
