An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join the busy Team within this trade only security wholesaler. This role is a Monday to Friday position with working hours between 8.00am and 5.00pm. Their Customer Service Department is an integral part of their company liaising with customers on a day to day basis, helping them with their various queries. Key Responsibilities of this role are: - To take calls from customers requesting collections or querying shortages or any other queries and to log these on the Customer Service database - To investigate customer queries and take appropriate action to resolve. - To pass to relevant departments any queries or requests that do not relate to Customer Services Department - Issue collection notes for return of goods and issue credits if required. - Issue credits on request for any discrepancies on price/discount queries etc. - Liaise with suppliers for credit notes or return of customers goods if required. - Liaise with Credit Control and Accounts departments regarding customer accounts queries. - Liaise with the Warehouse Managers to check for dispatched orders. or any shortages, errors. - Chase late or lost parcels with carriers - To check stock levels and make any stock adjustments required. - To maintain customer service levels and professional manner A good level of computer literacy is required for this role.
