Reporting to the Windows Sales Management Team, there are two main parts to this role: sales promotion by telephone; and database management. The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Nurturing existing customer relationships as part of their Authorised Partners Scheme; - Finding new leads; - Co-ordinating promotional items; - Maintaining the customer database. Your Profile: As a key part of this role is holding telephone conversations with potential and existing customers at length, it is essential that you are able to communicate easily and confidently by telephone in a friendly and helpful manner. Ideally, you will have previous telesales experience, with the stamina and determination to achieve results. Prior experience in database management would be beneficial. You are professional, numerate to a high level and well-organised, with a structured approach to work. Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent in Business Studies or Commerce, but this is not essential.
