As Manchester's fastest growing MSP they are looking to add to their 2nd and 3rd line team. Duties of the Senior IT Support Technician: - Effectively manage own customers - Provide sound second and third line support to all customers - Meet established SLAs to maintain excellent customer service - Manage communication effectively to inform customers of system changes and/or outages - Be an active participant in new projects, discussions, and initiatives - To identify potential revenue opportunities and highlight them to the Management Team - To act as an ambassador for the brand always - Make regular reports and recommendations to customers Requirements of the Senior IT Support Technician: - Previous experience within a 2nd/3rd line support role, preferably with an MSP - Strong communication skills, both verbally and written - Full UK driving license - Industry recognised qualifications - Knowledge of network fundamentals (OSI model, TCP/IP) - Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and PowerShell - Knowledge and experience in the following: - Exchange Server - 2010, 2012 & 2013 - Windows - 7, 8, 8.1, 10 - Windows Server - 2008, 2012, 2016 - Office 365, Azure - Cisco switchers, routers and firewalls - Able to configure and manage switches at layer 3 level Senior IT Support Technician Benefits: - Competitive Salary - up to £30k p/a + Commission - Bonus Structure - Pension - Mobile Phone - Laptop - Use of Company Vehicle - Full Uniform
