This highly successful marketing company based in Manchester city centre primarily involved in the marketing of Shopping Centres, is looking for an organised, enthusiastic and passionate Social Media Manager to work within the digital team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for building and growing the shopping centre presence online across all social platforms. Social media plays a key role in the online marketing strategy and the Social Media Manager will be someone who is fully knowledgeable across each of the main social platforms in a commercial context.
This role will be responsible for driving all online content across social, working closely with the account managers to source relevant, engaging content. You will control the content marketing calendar and all of the analytics associated to each of the platforms. It will be this person's role to investigate new platforms within social and grow all platform engagement.
The ideal Social Media Manager will be someone who lives and breathes social media. You will enjoy driving content and building engagement as well as researching new trends within the platforms. You will have previous commercial experience of running social media and be someone who enjoys working within a team. Analyse and interpret data / social media insights for clients and demonstrate a thorough understanding of how to effectively communicate messages across the core social platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
Driven by your own initiative, you will own all aspects of social media. As the platforms develops, you will be in charge of growing the team.
