HGV Class 1 Night Driver

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known and established distribution business based in Leeds. We are looking for HGV Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers to join the team. Location: Leeds, LS10 1RT Job Type: Ongoing Work Pay Rate: * £17.77 per hour PAYE Hours & Shift Patterns: * Monday to Friday * 20:00 starts * 8–10 hour shifts * Night work * Ongoing, consistent work available The Role: * Completing trunking work between the client’s hubs * Completing up to 2 runs per night * Ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed safely and on time * Carrying out all required vehicle checks before and after each shift * Completing all necessary paperwork accurately * Ensuring compliance with driver hours and Working Time Directive regulations * Maintaining a professional approach at all times Requirements: * Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence * 6 months experience required * Maximum 6 points for minor offences only * Valid CPC and Digi Card * Good understanding of driver hours and regulations * Reliable, professional and flexible approach to work What’s on Offer: * £17.77 per hour PAYE * Monday to Friday working * Consistent 20:00 start times * 8–10 hour shifts * Straightforward trunking work * Up to 2 runs per night * Ongoing, consistent work * Supportive and driver-focused transport team To apply, please submit your CV or contact our team for more information
