Mechanical Field Service Engineer

Just Recruitment is working with a growing business, at the forefront of their sector - due to retirement, they are looking to add a Mechanical Field Service Engineer to add to their team on a permanent basis. This is very much a national role, frequent travel and overnight stays are required.This would suit a candidate with experience of fitting and installing capital equipment and hoists etc in to healthcare settings. Key responsibilities:Installation & Commissioning: Installing new equipment, conducting acceptance testing to ensure compliance with standardsPhysical Ability: Capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in potentially challengingenvironmentsWorking within diverse environments (Construction sites to high-pressure areas)Keeping accurate records of installation, commissioning, and repairs and asset management in databases.Provide user training to end clients when requiredProvide feedback to customers on any issues raised during an installation visitTo be considered for this exciting role you must be able to demonstrate a background working in a mechanical field service or mechanical installation/fitter role, gained within a capital equipment environment.
